I am in search of weird animal meat and I came across of this roadkill list and seen wombats on the list. Is wombat meat edible? And if yes, does it tastes good?

You can eat wombat meat. But I heard and read that it does not tastes good and the meat is very tough since they do a lot of digging they have tight muscles.
